App to make Fitbit vibrate at specific HR?

Hello, I am wondering if the main Fitbit app or a third party app is available to make the Fitbit vibrate at a specific HR. I bought the Fitbit Charge HR just so I could monitor my heart rate while having real time statistics available to me and sent to my phone during a workout/ throughout the day.

So I'm looking for an app to where I can set the Fitbit to vibrate, like an alarm, if I reach a certain heart rate. Anyone know of anything available?

Also, I'm a computer science major so if there is a way I can code an app and have it sync with my Fitbit please let me know and point me in the right direction.
