Are there any apps that can pipe step data _into_ Fitbit?

I currently have step data in a variety of other apps and a wearable. I cannot find any route, however roundabout it may be, to export that data from those apps into Fitbit. There are many means of going the other direction (taking data from Fitbit to another app), but that doesn't help. I do not have any data currently in the Fitbit ecosystem, and I'd like to participate in the social features.

Do I have a road into the Fitbit ecosystem, or is the barrier to entry the complete sacrifice of all of my historical data?

@jrcolli Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Take a look at the list of third part apps that connect with Fitbit. Click on each of them to see what data will be transferred between the two apps. Use the ones that will fit your needs the best way.

That response doesn't help. The descriptions are far too sparse for me to accurately judge what data (and in which direction) each app manipulates, and I'm certainly not willing to manually test each of several dozen apps.

@jrcolli Okay! In that case, can you tell me what data would you like to transfer from Fitbit to other apps and vice versa? That way I can search something for you!
