Argus sync not working

Hello ! I have some friends that do not have Fitbit, and I have synched Fitbit with Argus. Now it stopped working, it have done it well 2 months. Can anyone help me ?

Did you get any help? Because I'm having the same problem right now & keep getting the same response that the Status is: In Progress. And the last sync was: Aug 01 at 08:42PM! And I have no idea what the reason is that it happened. I've also made several attempts to solve it myself by changing my password, re-saving everything after, etc. But it still isn't working.
