Few in the past have tried to gamify with Fitbit API, but none is working properly as of now. My team just started a kickstarter campaign, StepBOT, to build a game based on the activity; as simple as buying special items with the step counts for the game character.
We are very curious to see if StepBOT could change the behavior of the users to motivate them to get more steps. Please let us know what you think.
