Bonus calories vs actual exercise

I looked through the message board but can’t find a definitive answer.

I sync Fitbit with Lose It.

Throughout the day, Fitbit lets me know on LoseIt that I’m either working toward bonus calories or have already earned them.

I also work out every day and before Fitbit is manually log those into LoseIt.

The question: Are Fitbit bonus calories including the workout and therefore I shouldn’t add the exercise anymore via LoseIt? Or is the bonus calories separate and I still add the workout calories manually in LoseIt using the calorie count from Fitbit.

Basically, don’t want to give myself credit for 2 workouts.

I suggest you look on the Third Party Integrations board for more help regarding LoseIt.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hello @Mactanya, I've moved your none hardware related question to the third party board.

When it comes to lose it's bonus calories, I'm not sure what is ment. Fitbit calculates calories based on the users BMR and then adds calories based on movent or heart rate.
