MFP showing 0 calories

This has been going on the last few days, from what I notice, but my FitBit is connected just fine to MyFitnessPal. What I don't understand is that as it tracks my steps, I won't get any 'exercise' calories burned. FitBit tells me I burned about 199 today after walking at lunch. But when you look at MFP, I see that I've got about 4,000 steps for the day with 0 "cals burned" to show for it. Unsure why this keeps happening or how to fix. Anyone else experiencing it?

Welcome to the Forums @amnicr.

Thanks for bringing this up, it sounds quite frustrating.

My suggestion would be for you to try and disconnect the two and then connect them up again. That should help in case there are any issues with the apps.

Also, if you go back to previous days, do they still show 0 calories? It is possible that MFP is only taking some time to load that information up.

Let me know if you have any further questions.
