Hi
Does anyone know how to increase the burn rate of the Fitbit calories?
Note....I don't mean how do I burn real calories. I know that 🙂
Is it heart rate zones?
I've had my Blaze for a week....Love it!
I'm managing my other targets most days, but not my calorie burn, even when I've blatted my steps and exercise targets.
Any thoughts?

The daily calorie burn target is a fairly generic target based on all sorts of averages. A lot of people find it too high. If you have a food plan and log your food it can create a much more realistic target but if you'd rather not do that then the best thing is to just adjust that daily target to something more obtainable.
