Hello @Hedvamanda, welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you here! If you already have both accounts linked the information should transfer automatically. Are you still experiencing this issue? If you do, please unlink and relink both accounts,to do so please:
1. Go to Applications on your profile
2. Revoke access for MyFitnessPal
3. Then Log into MyFitnessPal and click Apps.
4. Click Allow to give MyFitnessPal access to your Fitbit Data.
5. Follow the instructions provided.
