I'm trying to sync my surge with my works wellness program to document my activity. I have no idea where to begin! Can someone point me in the right direction?

Generally, third party apps/websites have an option somewhere in them to connect to an external source, in this case, Fitbit. I would suggest you either poke around on their app/website or contact their support. I haven't seen any instance where you have to connect something from within Fitbit.

Hi @Gregnickory, welcome to the Fitbit Community! it's great to have you here 🙂  I would recommend to get in touch with your HR or with your work's wellness program coordinator so they can add you to the program.
