Calories added/ Un-Syncing Fitbit from MFP

Hi! I've asked a similar question on another forum and unfortunatly the answer I was given was quite complicated so I'm hoping someone add a little insight here.
I used my Flex & MFP.
I work shift work so I'm generally active between midnight and 4pm on week days. I add my food and sync throught the day. I then 'finish logging' on MFP before I go to bed in the afternoon/early evening.
I just recently discovered that once I wake up - my total intake has changed on MFP. I may have been under carlories when I went to bed but when I wake up, I'm over.
I do not have a negative calorie adjustment in my settings.
So can someone please explain - in simple terms - why this is happening? I realize I 'stop moving' earlier than most people but this is getting quite annoying. I'm thinking I might be better off to use the two as seperate entities but I like that MFP takes into account my steps for the day.
Thanks in advance! Man Happy

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Crashleyw. Apologies for the late reply. In regard your issue, I have a couple of questions, are you still experiencing the same issue with your calories? Are you seeing this on MFP or Fitbit? Which type of food plan did you set up at that time: Easy, Medium, Kinda Hard or Harder?

I look forward to your reply. Smiley Happy
