Hi, this is my first week with the Fitbit Charge HR. My first attempt I used runkeeper and used the activity counter on the Charge HR, but it double counted in MyFitnessPal.
So now, if I just use Runkeeper, it syncs up to MyFitnessPal, which then hits it over to Fitbit. However, the heart rate data in fitbit is off. It was showing that I was up in the 160 HR level while runnning on my device, but the chart that came over from the MyFitnessPal never shows me going above 130. Is there some sort of setting or method to this madness?
How can I get accurate reporting from my Charge HR into Runkeeper, or at least accurate runs with correct HR in Fitbit while using these apps together?
I am wearing the Charge HR on my non-dominant arm, about 3 -4 fingers up from my wrist bone on the outside.

Hey @buggzero, thanks for joining the Community. Great to have you here!
If you would like to use a third party app for tracking your activity, I'd recommend not logging that same activity from Fitbit. The reason you don't want to do this is that it will -as you mentioned- double the information because it's gathering the records from Fitbit and from Runkeeper/MyFitnesspal.
When it comes to the Heart Rate information, you can still have it on and use your tracker when you're running. It will give a reading of your heart rate during the activity in the general activity overview and will not double count your information. As far as I know, Fitbit will not transfer your HR information to MyFitnessPal. Are you using any other device to track your HR on MFP that could be showing a different result than Fitbit?
Hope you find this helpful and please, let me know if you have any other questions. Happy Stepping! 😄
