I just completed over 500 calories burned on the elliptical.

Fitbit wanted to record it as 428 or so, I made a manual entry.

When I look at MyFitnessPal it is only crediting me with 388 calories burned.

I would like to know why ASAP so I don't have to starve myself.... thank you.

If it is showing correctly in your Dashboard you should probably ask MFP why. I pay no attention to what MFP says about calories other than those taken in from what I have logged as food. I don't find it of much use otherwise and this was true when I used the Jawbone Up.

PS: 100+ calories is not worth much worry unless you are seeing other anomolies.
