Why does It show I burned 373 calories with fitbit on MyFitnessPal and then the next day the number has changed drastically to be like a 75 or 80?

@alinsharp It's nice to have you here! There will be a calorie adjustment in MyFitnessPal from Fitbit so the calorie should match. The reason why you're seeing that the calories are changing maybe because your tracker isn't syncing all day and the next day when it syncs, the calorie burned will change. I would like you to make sure that your tracker is syncing at night so you can see the correct amount of calories in both apps. Check this article to learn more about the Calorie Adjustment.
