Calories from MyFitnessPal are incorrect

For some reason my calories that I have added into MyFitnessPal are not pulling through correctly to FitBit. They have always pulled across to my FitBit correctly previously and I don't understand why it has stopped working correctly now. I have unlinked both apps and then linked them back up and its still bring the wrong data across to Fitbit.

As well as this when you look back at my previous week the average calories aren't correct either because I have added them up and it is saying my average is far less than the food that was input in there across the week when normally this would also be correct.

Does anyone have any idea why this might be happening or how to fix either problem. Thanks you.

Were you able to figure out how to fix it? This is extremely frustrating for me as well. I’d delete it in Fitbit only to have it log the old amount numerous times until it was saying I logged thousands of more calories than what I logged in MFP. Anytime I edited in MFP, Fitbit won’t adjust the new amounts - it just adds them.

You have isolated the problem. That’s exactly what I think is happening. It’s not erasing entries that have been edited in MyFitnessPal but adding the calories together somehow. How have they not fixed this by now?

Very unprofessional.
