Strava and Fitbit not synching

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hello, I have just recently purchased a Polar H10 to use with Fitbit. I have downloaded Strava to allow the two devices to communicate. Strava was working a few days ago but now seems to not synch with Fitbit.
workouts recoded by polar synch to strava but do not upload to Fitbit. And workouts recorded in Fitbit do not synch to Strava.
I’ve tried logging out, closing the apps, and revoking access but nothing is working.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @heidi.nichols2.

Thank you for the information provided and for trying to resolve the issue before contacting us.

Note the following types of activities won't sync to Strava:

  • Non-GPS activities
  • Previous activities that weren’t tracked by Strava.
  • Duplicate activities—that is, if you already recorded an activity with Strava, a Fitbit activity that occurs at the same time won't sync.
  • Heart rate data needs to be synced before ending a GPS activity for it to send to Strava
  • Manually logged activities in Strava will not sync over, it needs to be a recorded activity (i.e. pressing the record button in the app)

If you haven't done it already, you can set up your Fitbit Versa 2 as a replacement device:

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1627255894557.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
