Congratulations on the 5K @SunsetRunner! I'll be glad to explain what happened. ![]()
Whenever you have synced your MyFitnessPal account and Fitbit, this means that all of your activity will be shared between both platforms; however, neither Fitbit nor MFP will recognize as a duplicate an activity that happened at the same time on both platforms, so it will add them both to the log.
My recommendation: Log all food and water through MyFitnessPal and log all exercises, steps and non step based activities through Fitbit; this way both platforms will be sharing different information between each other.
