Whenever you have a third party application linked to Fitbit and the information stops transferring, you can try to revoke access and link Fitbit from HealthVault again after that. For that, go to your account settings by clicking at the top right corner and in the left column, click on "Applications" and here go to HealthVault and click on "Revoke Access". It should look something like this (Since this is an example, the integration si for Strava):
Once you've revoked access, go to HealthVault again and link your Fitbit account and see how it goes.
