Charge HR data not uploading to Microsoft HealthVault

Since switching from the Flex to Charge HR four days ago, my records are no longer being sent to HealthVault.
I can see them being synched to the Fitbit site from my smartphone, so they are getting as far as there, but not getting to HealthVault.

Is there some difference in settings on the Fitbit site between Flex and Charge HR?

Hi there @Mloxton. I'm glad to see you in the Community! 🙂

 

Whenever you have a third party application linked to Fitbit and the information stops transferring, you can try to revoke access and link Fitbit from HealthVault again after that. For that, go to your account settings by clicking at the top right corner and in the left column, click on "Applications" and here go to HealthVault and click on "Revoke Access". It should look something like this (Since this is an example, the integration si for Strava):

Once you've revoked access, go to HealthVault again and link your Fitbit account and see how it goes.
