I thought it would do the same thing, but no they've configured it in a way that only one bike activity i shown under recent activities without having to do anything.
There's some kind of transitional thing that happens though because right after I stop a ride in Strava and look in the Fitbit app to make sure it registered, its says "Outdoor bike", time spent, and a certain cal count burned, then a few minutes later it just says "bike", the time spent, and a diff cal count burned. Pretty similar numbers, but some kind of conversion happens between the two. Either way, it results in only one activity.
