Can't link Strava App

Can't get my Fitbit to link with the Strava app, so I have to carry my phone with me during training instead of just being able to wear my Fitbit. I am trying to earn a badge and have already lost credit for a few miles.  😢

I've moved your post to this board because it's more related to the topic. I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the difficulty you're experiencing with linking Strava and Fitbit. I totally understand how you are feeling and I am here to help you.

 

Strava exercises that are synced with Fitbit are labeled as a manually logged activity. Only GPS data recorded with a Fitbit device will be synced to the Strava app. I recommend following the troubleshooting steps from this help article: How do I set up and troubleshoot apps on my Fitbit device? You can also confirm the steps to set up the Strava app in this article.
