Can't pair with Runkeeper nor MapmyRun apps

I'm using iPhone 4s and it always fails to pair FitBit with those 2 apps. Any ideas why? Thanks!

@Nevapeva Welcome to the Community! I would recommend to do the pairing process using a computer please follow this procedure to link Fitbit with Runkeeper. To link Fitbit with MapMyRun follow these steps.

@Nevapeva Welcome to the Community! I would recommend to do the pairing process using a computer please follow this procedure to link Fitbit with Runkeeper. To link Fitbit with MapMyRun follow these steps.
