Can't revoke access

Can anyone help me please? I am trying to remove an old my fitness pal connection from my Fitbit so I can connect my new account. Every time I revoke access to my fitness pal it just immediately reconnects and I get the message again saying an account is already connected.

I would like you to make sure you unlink Fitbit and MyFitnessPal from both platforms, you can check the procedure in this post
