Can't sync Fitbit Blaze with Myfitnesspal

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

There was an answer in an earlier thread about revoking permission, which I did and it still will NOT disconnect.

In an earlier email support said to revoke permission for Myfitnesspal, which I have done. Now I CANNOT give it permission to sync. What is going on here?

In an email I was told there were issues they were working on and that was a week ago.

This isn't the first time I've had issues with the Fitbit and you guys aren't offering much assistance. Need I look for another fitness tracker?

You may be affected by the ongoing problem MyFitnessPal are having with their link to Fitbit. It's probably best to wait until that's fixed before trying to relink your account. You can see MyFitnessPal's latest updates on the issue at https://myfitnesspal.desk.com/customer/en/portal/articles/2976520-fitbit-sync-issues

Ah. Okay, it's still ongoing. Thanks for the prompt response and I apologize for my crankiness.

Quick question. I had revoked permission for myfitnesspal as it was supposed to fix the disconnect problem. Will I have to do something manually, or when the problem is fixed will it start to sync on its own?
I see from the update that a fix has been implemented, I'm wondering if revoking permission is the reason it's not syncing?

I'm afraid I don't know. In the MFP update though they ask that people avoid reconnecting while they get through the backlog so it might be best to wait until they let us know it's all back to normal and then see if yours is working or not.

MFP says they have the issue fixed, unfortunately. Every request to sync in the last nine days has been entered into a cue. Anything like linking your account to Fitbit gets added to the back of the cue. And you have to wait for the cue to be processed.
