I can't get Fit it to synch My Fitness Pal. This is particularly annoying when Fit it doesn't recognize an exercise (like riding a spin bike). I'v tried uninstalling and reinstalling both apps.

Hi there @Clare2, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! I'm wondering where are you logging your exercise? Is it in your MFP account or Fitbit Dashboard? Also I'm wondering which information is not syncing with your MFP account?
Keep in mind that not all your information from Fitbit will sync with MFP and vice versa. For more details about this please review the following post: Third Party Apps - Informational Post.
If the issue persists, perhaps the following steps to reconnect the integration will get you back on track:
1. Sign into your Fitbit dashboard.
2. Click the gear icon in the upper right corner and select "Settings" from the drop-down menu.
3. On the left side of your screen click "Applications."
4. Under MyFitnessPal, click "Revoke Access."
5. You can then re-link the two accounts by going to http://www.fitbit.com/apps/myfitnesspal.
