Vitality no syncing

Hi

 

I wonder if you have any information to help me sync my fitbit to my vitality account.  For some reason it comes up with an error message saying user not found.  I don't understand as my email and password works with fitbit and is recording the information correctly.

 

Any ideas would be gratefully received

Great to see you here @Clev! Just wanted you to know that I've gone ahead and moved your recent topic "Vitality no syncing" to the Third-Party Apps & Integrations board in an effort to tidy up the Forums.

 

Also, this post may be helpful to other users with the same inquiry as you. For your reference, you had originally posted your question in the Flex 2 board, which is dedicated to discussion around how to use the Flex 2 and its features.
