Can't sync to Vitality

Hello,

I am having repeated issues syncing my Fitbit to the Vitality platform. I follow the steps through Vitaliy but receive the error message "Link request is failed   Unfortunately you are not able to link your devise with fitbit account"

I have revoked access to Vitality and re-performed the steps, but with the same result each time.

Please could someone advise on the next steps?
