Can't sync with MyFitnessPal

So my Blaze is second hand and only just realised you can link myfitnesspal to it which is great. Easy enough to do but when I've done it, it says another myfitnesspal account is linked to my fitbit account and only one can be linked at one time. This is odd, because on fitbit it says I have no connections and I definitely am not getting any information from myfitnesspal on fitbit or vice versa!

 

Does anyone have any advice on how to unlink a myfitness pal account? I had no idea I had ever linked them! Then once they're unlinked I can hopefully relink and the information will be displayed. Thanks!

Allow me to help you with your accounts.

 

It is possible to unlink the accounts from Fitbit. You can click here to see the instructions. Since you mentioned that you don't see anything in your Fitbit account I'd recommend that you try to get in touch with MyFitnessPal. They should be able to help you figure out what is going on.
