Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Msdeai.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your Fitbit and MyFitnessPal accounts aren't syncing. I recommend doing the following:

1. Please confirm that your Fitbit device is syncing.

2. Revoke access to the integration with MyFitnessPal:

  • Tap the Today tab

, and tap your profile picture.
  • Scroll down and tap Manage Data > Manage 3rd Party Apps.
  • Log in to your Fitbit account.
  • Tap Revoke Access to disconnect an app from your Fitbit account.

3. You can then re-link the two accounts by going to http://www.fitbit.com/apps/myfitnesspalFor more information, please see How do I connect my Fitbit account with another app?

After relinking, you can verify that your accounts are syncing by using one of the following data points:

1. On Fitbit you can check for your meal summary and logged activities from MyFitnessPal.
2. On MyFitnessPal, go to "My Home," then "Check-In." You should see your weight, Fitbit Steps, and Fitbit Sleep Minutes.

Let me know how it goes.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @SunsetRunner.

Thank you for joining the thread and sharing the difficulty you're experiencing with connecting MyFitnessPal and Fitbit accounts. Please confirm if you've tried the following:

1. Log in to your MyFitnessPal account.

2. Find the section for connecting another account. This section is often called "Apps" or "Connect."

3. Follow the on-screen instructions and log in to your Fitbit account when prompted.

I'll be around if you need further assistance.
