Cannot connect strava to fitbit (charge 3)

Followed all the steps in strava and even though I manage to open fitbit's dashboard it does not sync activities to strava. Strava does not remember fitbit as well and every time I check it is as if I have never linked both apps.

Any suggestions?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the difficulty you're experiencing with syncing activities to Strava. Thank you for your troubleshooting efforts. Activities from Strava are synced over to Fitbit as manually logged activities and don’t include GPS or heart rate data from Strava. Only GPS data recorded with a device will be synced to Strava. Exercises recorded with the Fitbit app or don’t have GPS data are not synced to Strava.
