I had been able to connect to Facebook in the past but cannot now. When I try I get this message: Oops! An unexpected error occured. Please try again in a little while. If it continues please report it at help.fitbit.com. Please reference error ID: adf5375e:a471_a92d91c8:01bb_5773f739_5f033475:585D.

 

I cannot see this error ID on any other forums. I tried removing the permission on my facebook settings to allow fitbit to connect and then re-allowing the permission but that didn't work either. I have an iPhone 6 if that is helpful. How can I get it to connect to facebook?

I just started with Fitbit hr, unable to connect to Facebook contacts, and the other contacts shown all don't have Fitbit. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app

I'm having the exact same issue with an iphone 6 but my reference error id: ADF534D0:48D1_A92D92DB:01BB_577EF6AA_55FA0A96:7966
