I'm wondering which type of information you want to export? How are you trying to export your data? Also let me know which third party app do you want to use to import your Fitbit information? Are you receiving any type of error while you try to export data?

Exporting GPS data:
If you have GPS data you can export it to a TCX file, then upload that file to several applications including RunKeeper™, MapMyFitness®, Endomondo®, Strava®, and Google Earth™.

Problem is the download function for TCX data is not working. I tried to download data I downloaded in the past and new data...all of it failed.
