I have had my echelon bike since may. It has been hit or miss with if it will sync my exercises or not. Some weeks it does just fine and other weeks it won’t sync no matter what I do. Ive tried removing permissions and reallowing them from both the echelon app and the Fitbit app and have had no luck. Anyone else have anything similar to this happen to them?

Than you for the troubleshooting steps performed. I'd recommend you check this article, How do I connect my Fitbit account with another app?. Some users usually find it useful to unpair and then pair both apps again to refresh the performance, if you already have them paired.
Also verify you have the latest Fitbit Firmware and OS of your mobile device as well.
