Hi folks,

This issue possibly cropped up after I wiped my phone and restarted. Couldn't get into my old MFP account so made a new one.

Now I have the Blaze I decided to sync the apps again but MFP refuses to connect to FB as there is already an app connected and you can only have one at a time.

I have tried several times revoking access from the FB dashboard and it seems to be successful. However, when I try to re-add the app from the MFP site it says the same error and FB updates with a new access timestamp of when I added it.

So, despite revoking access it doesnt seem to actually remove every connection to MFP which is what I need to re-sync the two.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Have you tried disconnecting from a desktop computer?
I sometimes find that apps simply will not disconnect on the mfp app and I end up logging into the website which always works for me

@MOOMINBOY, I would suggest getting in touch with Fitbit Support. I think sometimes things get kinked up on the back end.
