"Another MyFitnessPal account has already been linked to this Fitbit account. Only one account may be linked at once." how can I fix this?

Thank you for pointing me out to this thread @SteveH! I'm a MFP user and I'll be glad to help you out.
All rightie, at this time the best option is to check if we have any linked accounts; both on Fitbit and MFP.
- To check linked accounts in Fitbit: https://www.fitbit.com/user/profile/apps
Click on the "Revoke Access" button if you see 'MyFitnessPal' (If available) - To check linked accounts in MyFitnessPal: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/apps
Check at the lower right corner for "Your Apps" and click on 'Fitbit' (If available)
After removing the access on any of the accounts; please follow the steps on the link that @SteveH provided.
