Cannot unlink MyFitnessPal

It seems like your Web page and app for Android have a lot of issues.

1. MyFitnessPal does not update with FitBit Charge HR even after I linked the accounts. The brush off that I got was to go to my Dashboard, click on the Settings, Applications, then unlink the accounts. However, even your Web page does not seem to work well on a touch screen phone because when I select Settings nothing appears. I will try my computer, but I wonder why these things cannot be changed with the app, why the Web page does not display properly on a mobile device or interact properly.

2. If there is a known problem with linking the accounts why is this not being fixed? Obviously you are aware of the problems with linking accounts across platforms. Please fix this.

Here is the link to disconect. Currently I don't know of a general problem with the MFP connection, but if there is it would be on MFP's end and not Fitbit.

Fitbit has in the past helped MFP to get the connection working again, Fitbit can not directly fix it.
