I'm running the Cardiogram and Fitbit apps on my Versa 2 and Galaxy S9+, both with current software updates. In the Cardiogram app, there's a way to force a data upload to the phone, however, it doesn't seem to work. When I hit the refresh button (or pull down the timeline), it immediately returns and the data isn't refreshed.
If I open the Fitbit app, the data immediately refreshes and then is available to Cardiogram.
Is anyone else seeing this?
Best AnswerIt might be something on Cardiogram's end since the recent Fitbit app update. They aren't advertised as a partner on Fitbit's end so maybe the relationship between the two companies ended or changed. I would check with them to see if they have any known issues on Cardiogram's end. With regards to Fitbit have you tried with "All Day Sync" and "Always Connected" turned on? Is Fitbit able to run in the background on your phone?
Best AnswerIs this Cardiogram app, as implied, found on the Versa, or is the Cardiogram an app on the phone.
If on the phone you will need to contact them, since they are responseable for their link up with fitbit.
Now if Cardiogram is an app found on the Versa, I suggest contacting the authur, they know more about their app then we would..

This being the Versa Hardware board, or you asking about a Cardiogram app for the Versa?
Or are you asking about how to connect the two accounts? This will be done through the Cardiogram account?

I created a Cardiogram account and connected my fitbit account so I'll see what happens but noticed a refresh but only looks at the Cardiogram server and not force a sync with the fitbit server.
