Just like the title says - is there a way to make it more real-time than what it is or no?

Thanks for sharing your interest in having a more real-time connection between Fitbit and MyNetDiary.

 

I will be moving this thread to the Third-Party Integrations board as I think it is better suited for it.

 

In this case it is dependent on what the third party given that they are the ones that create and manage this integrations. They should be able to offer you more insight into what is going on.
