Charge 2 Not Sync to Strava

Hello,

I am have continuous issues with Fitbit and strava not syncing atall.

I have done all the usual steps of disconnecting etc etc and still not a single Fitbit exercise, which is visible in the Fitbit app has been loaded to strava. Yet anything I record in my Strava app instantly hands off to my Fitbit?

i have ensured that Fitbit has export rights to strava etc. Any help would be appreciated as I’ll just be sticking the Fitbit back in the drawer if it doesn’t start handing off data.

@Craigwcd please remember that only GPS recorded activity will transfer.

If you have revoked access to Strava and re-linked, and this has failed. Then please contact Fitbit. Link in top right menu.

yes I am aware the it’s only GPS that transfers. Location services are constantly turned on and Fitbit records my runs which are GPS tracked and logged in the APP?

seems to be a very common issue with Fitbit, post dating back 4 years available.
