Strava automatic syncing

I am very satisfied with my new Fitbit Charge 4 and finally found how to sync with Strava.
However, my activities are uploaded to Strava automatically, which I don't really want. I want to choose which ones I post on there. In none of both apps could I find a way to adjust any of my syncing preferences.
Where can I adjust this? Big thanks in advance!!

Sorry @CharlieVh the two accounts are either linked or not linked. When linked only GPS recorded exercises will sync. My thought would be to turn off GPS if the exercise is not wanted to be sent to Strava
