Charge 2 won't sync with WW app

Even though it shows connected. WW WW doesn't know, neither does Fitbit.  After several disconnects and re-adding, etc., still nothing.  It isn't asking me that question, do you wish for WW to allow access to Fitbit.

Welcome @SunsetRunner, nice to have you here in the Community! I saw you are experiencing issues to sync data between Weight Watchers and Fitbit. With Weight Watchers I do not usually recommend to revoke the access as in the majority of scenarios does not resolve the issue.

 

I'm wondering if you have contacted WW support? If you haven't please proceed to contact them:
