Charge 2 won't sync with Weight Watchers

When I try to sync it through the Fitbit app it says my device is not compatible with the WW app.  But I have the WW app. 

 

Any suggestions?

Hello @Sullydnd, its nice to see new faces around in the Fitbit Community. Weight Watcher is compatible but the way it works is a bit different from other integrations since the data it share is from Fitbit to WW as the following chart explained.

 

Fitbit > Steps > Weight Watchers
Fitbit > Distance > Weight Watchers
Fitbit > Calories > Weight Watchers
