No one should be able to.
Your asking if anyone can connect their DDP account to their Fitbit account.
Your best resource would be to ask DDP.

Welcome to the Community, @LusaRed and @Rich_Laue, thanks for the input.
I am sorry for the delay in response. Regarding your DDP yoga inquiry, we do not currently have plans to release this feature.
You can learn more about how Fitbit decides what suggestions get released in our FAQs. For now, we will leave this suggestion open for votes (and closed to comments) so that we can continue to track community demand over time.

I just tried with my new Charge 4, did not detect, though it did detect a charge 2

The DDPY app was able to detect a charge 2 to use as a heart rate monitor, so it's not about linking the apps. More, the device to the DDPY app.
Could be that the DDPY app needs an update in order to detect, or, the firmware on the device needs an update.

That would be a question for DDPY people have been asking for Fitbit to allow third party phone app access to heart rate data directly from the tracker. So for Fitbit has not allowed this.
If what you claim is correct, then DDPY is doing what Fitbit says can not be done.
