Charge 4 data doesn't sync to Omada app

My 1 week old Charge 4 was synced with my Omada app for two days, and now it won’t sync with it at all. Wanted to check with you before I check with them.

Thanks for sharing these details. While your Fitbit data isn't syncing to Omada, may I know if your Charge 4 is syncing correctly? If that's correct, let's try the following steps:

 

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap your profile picture.
  2. Scroll down and tap Third Party Apps > Manage 3rd Party Apps.
  3. When prompted, log in to your Fitbit account.
  4. Search for Omada and tap Revoke Access to disconnect it from your Fitbit account.
  5. Follow the steps described here to reconnect Omada with Fitbit.
