Can you assist me In figuring out what I need to do to sync Fitbit to nutracheck. All other areas are fine except for excercizing. Please help thank you

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your Charge 4 exercises are not syncing with Nutracheck. Thank you for providing the additional details. You can confirm the steps to connect your Fitbit account with another app at How do I connect my Fitbit account with another app? 

 

If you're experiencing difficulty with syncing, the most standard troubleshoot across all integrations is to unlink the connection from both sides (Fitbit and third-party side), then link the accounts again. You may also try contacting Nutracheck for additional help.
