Why does my charge 4 automatically upload bike rides to my strava but it doesn’t upload any general workouts to strava?

Strava only allows auto-upload of activities that use GPS routes/data

Only gps recorded bike and run exercises are sent to Strava @Amschoie.

I've also moved the thread to the third party board.

@Amschoie thanks for the details shared on your post. As our friends @Supairam @Rich_Laue mentioned only GPS tracked activities will sync between Fitbit and Strava. You can learn more about this integration in this post.
