I cannot get my Fitbit 4 to sync with Weight Watchers.

As a first approach, please try to disconnect both apps, and then link them again following the steps described in this article: How do I connect my Fitbit account with another app? 

If you continue having syncing difficulties, please contact the Weight Watchers customer services team at 1-800-651-6000 or Weight Watchers Support.

By the way, I've moved your post to the Third-Party Integrations board so we can keep our forums organized.
