Charge 5 missing data on exercise class

I am missing a day of exercise with Echelonfit on my charge 5.Not the 1st time either. I read to delete from echelon from Fitbit. Can’t do that it only lets me revoke access. And reinstall. Looking like that doesn’t work for some either. I really like my Fitbit. Would hate to go for something else. There has got to be a way to put data in manually from progress from echelon and visa versa. You just can’t keep saying delete reinstall. Its like treating people like they don’t know anything else.

@sheilamcteague   I'm moving your post to the Third Party Integration forum, a better fit for your issue.  Your Echelonfit data links to your Fitbit account and isn't specific to your Charge 5.  The link is from the Echelonfit side and might not be a Fitbit issue.  The usual troubleshooting is to revoke access, then re-link the accounts.  How do I connect Fitbit with another app?  I hope another Echelonfit user can help you.  Does Echelon have a FAQ page for help on this problem?

Sadly I think it’s both google (Fitbit) and the fitness classes. It’s just not me with Echelon. I see Pelathon, fitness pal, etc…

I even have issues with signing in to both. Im dif not integrating with google I have enough trouble with them with home. After I sign in and get the code they want me to sign in again. What a pain!

like I said I love my Fitbit but am getting disenchanted. Sad 🫤 thanks again for the intrest
