Connecting Withings scale to Fitbit?

Hi,

 

I bought a Withings scale Body+ knowing you could synchronize your data with Fitbit.

I found (and that was not easy) this link : https://www.fitbit.com/weight/withings

to connect the accounts - unfortunately that doesn't work. Tried the option to download the past data, nothing happens, un-linked and re-linked the accounts, still nothing.

What needs to be done to have the accounts connected?

Hi @boozzoo2 third party apps connections with Fitbit are setup through the third party. 

The place to start is with Withings. If this doesn't work then reach out to them. 

 

I've also moved your third party question out of the Charge 4 board.

he is talking about syncing Withings weight into Fitbit. That is done at https://www.fitbit.com/weight/withings which has broke (not the first time, this happens every year or more it seems).

I'm also experiencing this issue. My Withings scale has stopped syncing. I was getting '500' status errors while trying to re-sync using https://www.fitbit.com/weight/withings. It was working about a month ago in early August.
