Contacts and Facebook show zero available friends

So my fitbit app won't show any potential friends from both my contacts list and my facebook list. I have logged in with facebook and my email. I have given fitbit and facebook every permission available. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I have tried on the website dashboard. I have now spent a combined total of three hours on the phone with support trying to solve this issue and get no answers. ALL I want to do is add more people on here without having to individually search every single one by email. This shouldn't be impossible.

Let me help you with adding Fitbit friends. Your friends will need to have used the same email address on both their Facebook and Fitbit account. If they are different then the system won't find any related account. The same applies with your contacts list. If you don't have the email address to their contact information then the system won't be able to look for their Fitbit account. You can read more about this here.

If you have friends that you know have a Fitbit. 

Go to friends / Press add / contacts / you will see a complete list of your phones contacts. 

Not on the list or using the web portal? Choose invite by email. Type or copy paste their email and send. 

None of the above will work. Here is the profile link that is sent.

Copy paste this and send it to your friends anyway you want to. 

Or simply let your friend scan this QR code

The above will work even if you do not know anything about your friends Fitbit account.

This doesn't help. It shows ZERO available friends in my contact list or on facebook. I have over 100 contacts in my phone, and over 1000 contacts on facebook, many of whom I KNOW use fitbit, but they do not show up. Even when I directly type in an email address, it gives me an "Error 403" code and doesn't allow me to do so.

I don't think a QR code will help with this problem.

Only contacts that have connected their facebook accounts to their Fitbit accounts will show up for you. Why not post your profile link or send your profile link to others.
