The fitbit app allows the cubi to sync your activity. Is that actual steps or a conversion of some kind? Why do I feel guilty that the use of the under desk elliptical is "unfair" when I am in challenges? There is an option to turn the steps off and only count the time and calories ... is there a big difference between standing upright and taking a step vs using the under desk elliptical?

@WordCookies2 Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! Thank you for your inquiry. Usually with third party integrations the activities are interpreted as manually logged activities so they don't count towards challenges. Also your tracker will detect the movement on your arm and translate that movement into steps. If you are using this device you won't be moving your arm so the amount of steps counted should be fairly small. Regarding the difference between standing up and steps while sit I guess there is a difference as you are moving your entire body (and making a greater effort) while walking/standing up.
