Cycling with Charge HR & Strava-Where does the Fitbit stats show in Strava?

Hi,

I have a Charge HR and a Garmin 200.

I have the Garmin unit updating Strava (free account) via Garmin Connect.

A while ago I setup Strava to take info from the Charge HR.

Strava shows the apps are connects (i.e I can only see the "Revoke access" for Fitbit in Strava.

Fitbit Windows dashboard also shows the apps connected

I have done a number of rides and I am not seeing the Fitbit stats in Strava, or Visa versa.

Despite these either being auto collated as "Bike" activites, or as manually selected exercise activities (on the Charge HR unit..

What am I missing? Do I need Stava Premium for instance?

Many thanks

Welcome to the Forums @stagger321. If these accounts are not syncing, you should try to unlink and link both accounts again by doing the following:

  1. Log in to your fitbit.com dashboard
  2. Click the gear icon on the top right corner
  3. Click "Settings"
  4. Click "Applications" on the left side
  5. Click "Revoke Access" under the "Fitbit + Strava" app
  6. Go to https://strava.fitbit.com/ and click "Connect" and follow the rest of the prompts to finish reconnecting your Fitbit and Strava accounts

If the issue persists, please be sure to reach out to our Support Team. I know that they're always happy to listen to your experience and provide different options for you, if needed!

Let me know if you have further questions about this. Woman Happy
